Appointments
You can make an appointment by either calling
OraCare on 020 8952 8988 or by calling in to the surgery.
If you are a new patient booking an initial consultation our reception staff will ask you to fill in a medical questionnaire. Please let us know if you are taking any medication or have any medical problems, allergies or are pregnant. All information is kept strictly confidential.
If for any reason you have to miss your appointment
please allow 48 hours notice if possible, this allows us to make alternative
arrangements and to see someone else who
maybe in pain.
A charge will be made for missed appointments or cancellations at short notice (less than 48 hours notice). A deposit (usually half the treatment cost) is required for reserving an appointment longer than 30 minutes.
It is important to attend regular check-ups recommended by the dentist and hygienist.

Appointment cancelled by patient without 48 hours notice could incur a late cancellation fee. A fee is charged if patient has failed to attend an appointment without any notice. A £15 fee will be charged for every 15 mins reserved appointment duration. A deposit is required to reserve any appointment longer than 30 mins.
